Though a very dark cloud hovered over the Stockland land sales office down at Aura and then proceeded to dump more rain than I’ve seen in the last 12 months, 20 min before our media launch…we didn’t take this as the dark omen that it could have been and kept smiling.

We are very pleased (and proud!) to say we finally launched our Project Silver Campaign on Tuesday morning! We screened the first public viewing of the video we had been working on with Aesop Media, who have been amazing to work with and very giving with their time. The video was well received by all!

Attending were our friends from Murphy Homes, Will Wilson from Master Builders QLD, Adrian Ramsay from Adrian Ramsay Design House, Sunshine Coast Mayor Mark Jamieson and the usual suspects from Parent to Parent, including our CEO Jodi Wolthers.

I gave a brief overview of Project Silver and spoke about how the concept came together and how we are delighted to be partnering with such a well-respected local company in Murphy Homes.

Mayor Jamieson spoke of how liveability and inclusive communities tie into council’s vision and ethos for our region, and we are very grateful for his support and enthusiasm for the campaign.

Chatting with the mayor after the main formalities were over, he did say he can see how partnering with Murphy Homes was a very natural fit and said Project Silver should do well because it just makes perfect sense, and wished us all the best with the project. How good is that?

The Stockland sales office was a great location for the launch. We were very grateful to be able to use such a terrific venue and I’m pleased to say, not a drop of rain got through!

Now…let’s build some liveable homes!
